Description

This artwork expresses a systematic approach to addressing various insecurities and fears, creating a sense of order and tranquility within my self-awareness. The composition features a series of parallel segments, each accompanied by my most spontaneous expressions. In these segments, I place representations of extravagance, anxiety, and impulsive fears in different postures, all contained within defined spaces.

The process resembles sorting through the chaos of my inner world, using my own logic to arrange these emotions into a state that feels liberating. The painting reflects my pursuit of calmness amidst spontaneity, illustrating a quest for inner peace through self-exploration and expression.

Artist Statement

The artwork centers around the theme of organizing feelings of anxiety. Inspired by the act of tidying a room, the creator aims to systematically and deliberately arrange their past chaos and fears, placing them in a position of control. This ritualistic act of self-discipline represents the first step toward becoming the person the creator aspires to be. Through this process, they seek to transform disorder into a sense of order, allowing for personal growth and a clearer sense of self.
